What a year.
Our 2025 Impact Report captures an incredible year of momentum highlighting key achievements and powerful stories of community-driven impact across the Bow Valley.
From human-wildlife coexistence to climate action, youth leadership to creative community connection, our programs reached thousands of residents and visitors.
WildSmart delivered 50 bear spray trainings and 40+ community events, contributing 1,321 volunteer hours and engaging over 12,600 people through 60+ roves and 22,000+ education contacts.
ClimateSmart hosted 16 events, conducted 520 FireSmart home visits, supported the formation of four new neighbourhood committees (~200 homes), piloted an EV VIP driving experience, and replaced 46 fruit trees to reduce human-wildlife conflict.
Future Leaders engaged over 1,100 students, supported 15 Future Leaders Youth Council members, and brought 500+ participants together through transformative experiences like the Ways of the Bison event and Wheeler Hut trip.
Community Hub hosted 27 events with 48 partners—many from equity-deserving communities—reaching over 1,300 participants through Share and Repair fairs, Earth Talks, creative climate events, municipal forums, microgrants, and mental health workshops grounded in Indigenous knowledge.
Together, these efforts reflect the strength of a community showing up—for each other, and for the future of this place we all call home.

We take the job of managing our finances very seriously. Our Treasurer, Bookkeeper, and Financial Controller help assure responsible management of our finances, and an external auditor annually reviews our books and creates Board-approved audited financial statements, as shown below.
