The Biosphere Institute, in partnership with Alberta Ecotrust Foundation's Retrofit Accelerator, is offering free training and personalized coaching program to help local hotel and commercial building owners lower energy costs, improve building performance, and plan future upgrades.
The program includes three full-day workshops between January and March 2027, individualized one-on-one coaching, and access to practical tools and resources.

Who should attend?
Hotel and commercial building owners, managers, and operators interested in reducing energy costs and improving building performance.
Eligible properties must:
Be located in the Bow Valley region, from Lake Louise to Kananaskis, including Stoney Nakoda Nations.
Have been fully operational for at least two years.
Be commercial buildings providing lodging, food, or hospitality services, such as hotels, large restaurants, or strip malls. Residential buildings, including multi-unit residential buildings, are not eligible.
