As part of the Bow Valley Mental Health & Addiction Week, please join us for a reflective and interactive workshop exploring the emotional impacts of climate change, including eco-anxiety and climate grief in the context of the Bow Valley.
Through short talks, guided conversation, and simple mindfulness practices, participants will connect with others and explore ways to stay grounded and resilient in uncertain times.
The session will close with a small hands-on activity—planting seeds—as a tangible reminder of care, hope, and local action. Hosted by the Biosphere Institute of the Bow Valley, Canmore Counselling, and Bow Valley Climate Action.
